Glide Video Tools

Terms of Use

Natfla Ltd — Effective 4 July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Glide Video Tools website and desktop applications published by Natfla Ltd, including GlideErase (together, the "Software"). By downloading, purchasing, or using the Software you agree to these Terms.

1. Permitted use

The Software consists of local video-editing tools for content you own, created, or are authorized to modify ("Authorized Content"). Natfla Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on Authorized Content only.

2. Prohibited use

You may not use the Software to:

  • remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, logo, credit, attribution, copyright notice, or other copyright-management or rights-management information from content you are not authorized to modify;
  • infringe any copyright, trademark, moral right, or other intellectual-property or personality right;
  • circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any technological protection measure, digital rights management, access control, or paywall (the Software provides no such capability);
  • misrepresent the ownership, origin, authorship, or authenticity of any media, or pass off another person's work as your own; or
  • violate the terms of service of any platform, stock-footage library, AI-generation service, or other third party from which content originates.

Violation of these Terms may also violate laws such as 17 U.S.C. § 1202 (US), s.296ZG Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK), and Article 7 of Directive 2001/29/EC (EU), which carry civil and, in some cases, criminal penalties.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for confirming your rights in any file you process. Natfla Ltd does not review your content and accepts no responsibility for your use of the Software. You agree to indemnify Natfla Ltd against claims arising from your breach of these Terms. If you are unsure whether you may edit a file, obtain permission from the rights holder first. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

4. Results and warranty

The Software applies automated filtering; complete or artifact-free results are not guaranteed and vary with footage. The Software is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death, personal injury, or fraud), and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK or EU.

5. Purchases and refunds

Purchases through the Microsoft Store or itch.io follow those platforms' payment and refund policies. Purchases through this website are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. EU and UK consumers retain their statutory withdrawal and remedy rights. Support: support@glidevideo.com.

6. Privacy

Video processing happens locally on your device; the Software does not upload your footage. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Open source

The Software includes open-source components. See Open Source Notices.

8. Termination and changes

Your licence terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms. We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
